“This review is long overdue. We hired Roberto to redo our staircase in Aug 2018 and he did not disappoint. Starting with obtaining an estimate and all the way through the completion of the work, Roberto was responsive and professional with excellent communication. Roberto promptly responded to my email for a quote. I already have a design in mind and Roberto seemed to appreciate that I knew what I wanted. Roberto provided a proposal which we deemed very reasonable and we scheduled work to begin. Roberto did the complete demo of the old stairs, framed the new stairs and arranged for a stainer/painter to come out. Roberto was open to feedback and adjustments are the stairs were being renovated. At the end of every day, he cleaned up and left the work in progress in a manner that we could still use the stairs. We are very happy with the end result and would gladly recommend Roberto. Now that a few months have passed, we have had much positive feedback about our stair renovation and are really glad we had Roberto do a fantastic job.”
