“Roberto was incredible! He replaced our old staircase, banister, and designed a gorgeous wainscoting pattern alongside the stairwell. Roberto is extremely prompt through e-mail, text, and call. He was willing to hear all of the design suggestions we had and then gave his honest (experienced) opinion on exactly what should be done when redoing the stairs. His quote was extremely fair and he stayed true to his quote. He went above and beyond to make sure the staircase was safe, soundly constructed, accurate in measurement, beautiful, and complete. He only accepted the final payment after the job was complete after the final walk through. He’s an honest, kind, and diligent worker.”
